Especially where machine power is limited the special geometry of WavCut™ end mills requires less horsepower than a standard rougher and allows higher metal removal rates.  The optimized geometry generates a unique hollow chip shape that enables optimum chip evacuation and eliminates nesting and recutting of chips. The result is longer tool life and more parts per tool.
